❀ I have the right to decline a commission requestquick disclaimers my artstyle has changed dramatically over the past year, so my current art style is visible to see on my recent social media posts (super bright, colourful anime-ish art artstyle), but I still have the skillset to draw different poses, characters, etc.i can draw ocs, fanarts, character sheets, slight nudity, slight gore
i can't draw furries(for now), underage nudity, heavy gorecopyrights and usage policy all rights are reserved to me for whatever artwork I illustrate therefore I am allowed to
❀ publish my works on my social media/portfolio
❀ own the rights per international copyright lawsclients have the rights to use my work for personal use such as
❀ reposting on their own social media accounts WITH credit
❀ using it as a profile picture/banner/other forms of account decoration
❀ gifting for friends
for commercial use clients have to pay extra fees for my work which is 2x or 3x from the base price to be used commercially. If there is a deadline, please provide it so that I can work on it accordingly.clients DO NOT have the right resell my works AND claim it as their own original work that they produced. They are NOT allowed to trace my work, use it for AI training purposes including anything else I cannot consent to or edit my work to their liking(edits/changes can be discussed with me).payments has to be 100% upfront through Paypal before I proceed with the illustration. 50/50 payments can be made for more of my higher-priced pieces.

During this initial sketch process, edits and extra things can be discussed for me to include/remove.After an agreement has been made on picking a sketch for me to work with, payment has to be done first before I progress.After I receive the payment, and depending on my schedule, it may take me either 3-5 days of completion or a week or two, there is no in between lol. If I fall sick/or unforeseen events occur, you will be notified. BUT this usually is rare for me.I may occasionally provide progess updates, but please do not rush me, I am pretty speedy with my work already.
